The Art of Cake Decorating 09/15/26
Join us for a fun, hands-on evening of cake decorating! Each participant will decorate their own 6-inch, double-layer cake using professional techniques and creative designs—then take their beautiful (and delicious!) masterpiece home.
Sherry Clark is an award-winning chef, baker, and educator who has shared her passion for food since 2005. She is the founder of Culinary Co-Op, a shared commercial kitchen in Lubbock, and owner of Sweet Celebrations bakery.
Named the 2025 SBA Small Businessperson of the Year for the Lubbock area, Sherry also serves as Vice President of the South Plains Chapter of the Texas Chefs Association and is a certified judge for the World Food Championships. She loves teaching others and inspiring creativity through baking.

Artist and teacher, Ingrid Carlsen, aka @karatootie on Instagram is an avid paper crafter and junk journal specialist. In this Premier 3 day Workshop you will build your own “Personal Museum” Junk Journal. Explore creative junk journaling ideas to change everyday scraps into personal, interactive pages while discovering the joy of junk journaling, layering memories, textures, and meaningful reflections. Workshop will be from 9am-4pm each day, September 28-30, 2026. Lunch is not provided. We generally break for lunch midday and go in groups to nearby restaurants.
